Boaz Maor

Head of Customer Success

As VP of Customer Success, Boaz leads the charge in making our customers successful with their API programs. As such his team is responsible for the professional services projects to enable our solutions, technical support services to maintain them and customer success management to drive program expansion, foster adoption, effective usage and value creation from their on-going use. Boaz brings to Mashery over 20 years of unique skills and experience in driving customer success at expansion growth stage companies. Prior to Mashery Boaz led the Sales and Marketing efforts at Wave Guard Technologies, an early stage start-up in the intersection of Telecommunications and Green-Tech. Prior to that, Boaz served as VP Customer Success at newScale (now Cisco) where he managed all activities for existing customers. Prior to that, Boaz held a number of executive positions at FreeMarkets (acquired by Ariba which is now SAP) including General Manager, Business Process Outsourcing and General Manager, High-Tech Business Sector. Boaz earned his MBA (with honors) from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in Business Administration (with honors) from the College of Management in Israel.
