Mashery has formulated three packaging & pricing tiers to meet the needs of a variety of organizations. All Mashery on-demand products are subscription-based licenses. Our standard contract period is 12 months. Contracts of less than 12 months will be charged an implementation fee. You may upgrade your plan to the next tier at any time without changing your contract length.
- Queries Per Second (QPS) - average volume of API queries per second during the billing period. Best for companies expecting a high volume of API transactions on a daily basis. An example might be a company who expects partners to use 3 or more api calls to build a page, or who expect a single user visit to average 25 or more api calls ( ie: the api will be used to "search for and purchase music").
- Total Volume of API Calls -total volume of API calls during the monthly billing period. Designed for companies who have expect a small number of API calls to be made to request content or perform a single activity/function (ie: search for a person's name and phone, or to pass information such as website statistics).

During our sales process, we will work with you to determine which usage-based pricing approach makes the best economic sense for your business model and Mashery. Additional pricing options are available for early stage companies. Please ask your sales representative about our start-up bundle.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)
A standard service level agreement is included at pricing tiers. You may upgrade to a premium SLA offered at 20% of your Mahsery license price per year. The premium SLA includes response additional time commitments and applicable service credit.
