Month Two: Onsite Discovery Workshop
At the workshop, MSS will deliver the insight and experience necessary to pinpoint resources and provide a game plan for a successful API strategy including:

- Pre-launch review of your portal ensuring messaging and support meet your partner, customer and/or developer needs
Month Three: API Roadmap
Delivery of a strategic six month actionable plan including platform rollout, new API recommendations, events and milestones that align to your overall business goals.
Months Four and Five
Internal API Roadmap Execution
Month Six: Smart Health Check
Follow up 6-9 months after kick off to ensure your API program remains aligned with its goals and/or update your roadmap
